Why We Like The 686 GT GORE-TEX Pant
From the resort to the backcountry, the 686 GT GORE-TEX Pant is a solid choice for long days on the mountain. Featuring a GORE-TEX 2-layer fabric, the GT GORE-TEX Pant is completely waterproof, breathable, and loaded with all the features to keep us shredding. AIR-FLO leg vents are mesh lined so we can dump excess heat without getting snow in our pants, and the multitude of zippered pockets means no shortage of storage space for our snacks and gear. The waistband features eyelets for our lift tickets and has an internal waist adjustment system for the perfect fit. The fit of the boots can be adjusted with the external buttoned cuff, and the boot gaiters have a BOA-compatible system, so we don't have to fight with the gaiter to make an adjustment.

Fit great. Had to use
Fit great. Had to use Velcro waist adjuster to make a bit smaller to get best waist fit. Usually a 33 waist for pants. 5’10” 160. Got size large.

These pants are excellent in any and all conditions and stay dry. The fit is a classic straight leg if you want baggy then just size up. The color is great and can be worn with many other options

Quality beyond expected

I haven’t had a chance

"Just Right" fit and materials - new favorite pair of riding pants!
Perfect fit on these and super comfortable fabrics - not all crinkly and "swishy" Nylon, but just right. I'm 6'2 and 225lbs with a 33" inseam and these were the exact fit I was looking for. Not skin tight or pulling when I sat down and also not super blown out baggy like Dojos. Zippers and features and vents are also all really well thought out - I may buy a second pair in a different color, as I know I'm going to be riding these for a long time!

Styling and profiling

I love 686
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pants were absolutely accurate and color and quality. I tried to wander an absolutely perfect fit the materials 10 times better than I thought it would be. I’ve always loved and appreciated 686.
