Perfect jacket
The jacket it a great mix of light weight and warm. I’m used to the cold. The color was great too

Great jacket
Love this jacket! I purchased a down lightweight jacket as a layer for colder days. It’s windproof, dry and love all the features.

Torture tested 686 Men's Hydra Thermagraph Jacket
Torture tested in the North Idaho mountains. This jacket was a delight, warm and durable. 686 in my new one and only brand for winter clothing gear.

Great jacket
Very good jacket, keeps you just the right temperature and the waterproofing is great. Pockets and other feature are also designed well. However the jacket run very large, especially in the arms.

Warm. Dry. Comfortable. Dope.
This is my 2nd 686 Thermagraph jacket (my last one lasted almost a decade). The newer version is somehow even better than the last. This jacket is ridiculously nice. Checks every box.

Love, but bad zipper
I love this coat. I’m on my second because after a year, the zipper broke and 686 doesn’t cover zippers under warranty. The coat is so comfortable though that i’m willing to risk it again.

Comfy with annoying zipper
I really like the look and feel of this jacket. It is nice and comfy with a little boost of warmth. The fit is a little on the large side. I am 6'1", 31" waist, and 165 lbs. The arms are nice and long with room for layering, but the belly area is too big and creates to much space for the body to warm. I really dislike the zipper. When unzipped, or not fully zipped ot the top, there is a huge flap of jacket at the top that looks ugly and gets in the way. The jacket only works with it completely zipped up.

Orangutan arms, annoying flap in the face.
First, the materials are quality. No issue there. The issue is that the jacket was put together for someone with the proportions of an orangutan. The arms look like they were supposed to go on an XL, but were attached to a medium. It reminds me of the jacket Marty Jr wore in Back to the Future 2. If I pull them up, and cinch the wrists, It looks so silly and puffy, like a 10yr old in dad’s jacket. I chose a medium due to the site recommendations for my height and weight. The second thing that is a deal breaker, is that it must be zipped all the way up. If it isn’t, the larger part of the offset zipper makes a flap that stands straight up in your face. They need to install a button on the back of it to hold it to your chest. Again, nice material. Just figure out how to actually size this thing for how people normally wear jackets. There is no need for arms to go 2-3 inches past the tips of your fingers. And hold that mouth piece down.
