Great value, fit and finish
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- Size Bought:
- M
Have yet to use them yet on mountain, but as usual for 686 products, quality and fit and finish seem top notch. Not Gore-Tex but in my experience 686 20K does the trick just fine.

Runs extremely large
- Size Bought:
- Medium
Sizing is way off. Ordered a medium according to the size charts and they were huge. Not just the baggy style, but way to long and the waist was enormous. Seems well made otherwise.

Nice Weight and Feel
- Size Bought:
- Large
Although not "tested" yet, these ski pants look as if they will perform well. Great stitching, qualtiy material, good fit with room for winter undergarments. Adjustable waist.

Amazing quality and very warm
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately these pants aren't available in XS but aside from that, the quality and insulation is amazing.

It’s Impressive
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a bigger guy 6’3” 225lbs with an athletic build i.e. broad shoulders, smaller waist, flatter stomach, and long arms. I tried the L jacket and L pant on and it fit fine but was a little snug (pants especially snug around my waist) so opted for the XL jacket and XL pant. The XL fit is great, the cut is great, and there’s no unnecessary bulk to weigh you down. I’m a sucker for well engineered…anything. So when it comes to the feature set (which is phenomenal), overall quality, and a dang good fit I have to say you’re just not going many if any better set ups for the versatility that this offers. Now I haven't had many chances to run this gear through all of its paces in various weather conditions besides 20°- 33°F snow / light rain but so far I’m impressed and I think I’ll continue to be impressed.

Good quality with cargo pocket
Good quality with cargo pocket on leg. It has some thermal pads on knees and bud making you warm even sitting on snow. Super good waterproof, I'm a hard core snowboarder, riding a whole day 8 hours, it never wet. It also has thermal zip you can open it and let wind get through or close it to keep warm. Super good pants.

Waterproof with lots of features
This is my second pair of these snow pants. The first pair lasted 3 seasons. I work in the ski industry so I am pretty hard on my gear, but when it came time to replace, I went back for more. The most important feature to me is the level of waterproofing, which is great for those wet days on the lift. The insulation on the seat of the pants is really nice and I like the vents on the inside because it keeps snow from getting into the pant. There are a lot of pockets and I like that they are zippered. The color on the knees faded after a few seasons, but I do a lot of kneeling, so it is too be expected. Overall, I would recommend these snow pants
