The Adidas Terrex Free Hiker 2 C.Rdy Shoe is designed to keep us on the trails when cold weather strikes. Built with Cold.RDY PrimaLoft insulation, these boots trap heat to keep our feet warm when the temperature drops, while the GORE-TEX membrane keeps moisture from seeping through to our socks as we hike along wet, icy trails. The Primeknit uppers offer a snug, sock-like fit that protects us from the elements, and the protective top-cover ensures our feet are protected from the worst winter has to offer. A responsive BOOST midsole cushions every step, providing bouncy energy return on long hikes, and the the Continental rubber outsole keeps a solid grip on slippery terrain.

Nice and warm.
It’s nice and warm, but mine came with a weird mark on the upper. QA could be a bit better, but since it’s small, I decided to keep it.

Def not snow proof
I’m a delivery driver for FedEx & I can confirm they are not water proof my feet are wet everyday after walking through casual amounts of snow. They are tearing around the toe box where they natural crease leaving a nice whole for even more water to get in. First version was 10x better. They are very comfy tho. I would not recommend these. I’ve only used them for 3-4 months of the year during winter only and they’ve had a lot of problems. (Everyday wear besides weekends)

Impossible to get them on and zip them up
I really wanted to love these. The build quality is fantastic, they look amazing, solid, and capable. But as several reviewers have mentioned, these are very difficult to get on/into, and zip up. The cuff is too small and closes oddly/misaligned when your foot is in the boot, and then the zipper won't zip up all the way (and I got a full size higher than my shoe size). Once on, they feel good, and I'd feel ready to take on the winter/elements. But I don't have the patience to deal with the hassle of getting them on every time I wanted to go outside. Returned.

Very comfortable, excellent quality.
Great quality. Definitely recommend. Only issue is they’re not particularly flexible for crouching for example. Material may soften up more over time though.

Gift for my son. He loves them.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They were a gift for my son. He decided to order a 1/2 size bigger to allow for thick socks, but it was not necessary. He should’ve ordered his regular size. We returned them. Can’t wait to get exchange. Great boots!
