Waterproof boots
Ordered the wide boot, and glad I did. Have minor bunions, so gives ample room for a comfortable fit for all day wearing. Nice versatile work boot that is also waterproof, so it handles all the elements. Suits my needs! Glad I purchased!

My Favorite Work/Horse Boots
I love these boots. I lost count of how many pairs I've gone through over the years. The are good for hiking, working around outside with my horses and fit well under my half chaps, spurs sit on the back nicely.

Not exactly for hiking
These are comfortable boots that seem reasonably waterproof and durable. My issue however is that I’m not sure what terrain they are being named after definitely not anywhere in the Rocky Mtns where one might expect to wear hiking boots. Living in Northern Idaho I was skeptical when I received these boots ss a gift as the tread could only be considered aggressive on a basketball court. When I actually took them hiking I found they are not good at maintaining traction on steep hiking.surfaces. As I mentioned, they are comfortable and well made, but are probably best served for hiking on concrete.

Warm and dry
