Taped seams along the shoulders, zipper, front, and rear panels strengthen the watertight abilities of the jacket, while a silicone waterBlock hem provides a snug fit to keep out water as it sheds off the laminated silicone exterior.

Great if you are a slender build

I really wanted to like this because the color is amazing, and it packs small enough to fit in your jersey. I don't know how waterproof it is because the medium fit everywhere except the chest. I am athletic fit and have a 32DD chest which made it very tight. I even ordered the large thinking that would be more comfortable, but it was too big everywhere except again the chest was way too tight, especially for the price of this jacket. Returned hoping to find something that will work better.
