Why We Like The ASSOS Mille GTS Spring Fall C2 Jacket
The shoulder seasons prompt cold air, unpredictable conditions, and less-than-ideal rides, but having the ASSOS Mille GTS Spring Fall C2 Jacket keeps us in the saddle for an extended cycling season. With updates that enhance breathability and weather protection, this dual-season jacket ensures our comfort in the changing conditions. ASSOS's new AIRBLOCK.888 membrane protects the chest, sides, and upper back from road spray, light rain, and brisk winds, while breathable materials manage our microclimate, keeping us cool and dry from the inside.

Because You’re Probably Not Taking Off
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
Your arm warmers today. Or your wind vest. I’ve owned one version or another of this jacket or jersey for almost 20 years and I always use more than I think I will. The windproof and waterproof front panel are great for those days when it’s not going to break 60 or if it might rain a little. The fabric in the sleeves is super comfortable and luxurious. Not too much insulation but just enough that some wind will get through. The back is basically cycling jersey fabric and super breathable. The cut of the jacket leaves more room than previous versions, particularly in the chest, so do not size up needlessly. The jacket does not fit nearly as close as the GT Jerseys do so there’s plenty of room for a layer. My preference is a closer fit which is the only reason why it’s not 5 stars. I wear this jacket when the temp is between 46 and 62 and swap out various levels of base layers. I prefer to be a little warmer when I ride, which is to say that I do not like feeling like I need to ride harder to stay warmer—I’d rather unzip than wish I had a warmer layer.
