Plenty of room to adjust to plus size
Has some great features. It’s very adjustable and I like the diagonal zipper. Unfortunately, I struggled to keep the shoulder straps tucked. There is a lot of extra fabric on the sides. I kept trying to either tuck it und the side straps or just let it stick out. I’ve had it out on 1 trip, so still figuring it all out.

Very comfy
I’m a dragonboater. My Layla PFD’s armholes are cut such that they do not interfere with my stroke at all. The off-set zipper and women’s cut lets it fit perfectly around my torso. I also like that Astral is responsibly environmental in their material selection.

Great for small person for SUP

Chest size is 34C, 27 waistline. I was worried that XS was going to be too small and I wouldn’t be able to close and zip it up but it’s perfect. I have a little extra “natural padding” around my stomach too so maybe more of a size 5 (?), but I still needed to adjust the top straps and the shoulder straps tighter. I think if you’re a size six, you should size up. Otherwise, you should be fine. I read somewhere that a size 4/27 in a Small has to cinch it way down in oder to get a proper fit.

Finally found one that fits!
This life jacket is exactly what I’ve been looking for. As someone with a larger chest, I love all the adjustable straps and flexible materials, it helps you get the perfect fit. I’m not the strongest swimmer so this gives me so much more confidence out on the water. Highly recommend this one!
