Warm, but squeaks

Does anyone else's squeak, at any slight movement? Like that new backpack sound that disrupts your outdoor adventures? Maybe it will break in? Very warm and water proof in what I have had it in. Not flattering at all, but does that matter when it keeps you super warm? Interesting design in the arms being 'pre-bent'. For me its over dramatized and my arms want to be straighter and find myself constantly grabbing the sleeve and pulling it down. Then more squeaking. 5'9" bought medium in black and am pretty happy with arm length, but I have very long arms. I'd also prefer the insulation is on the outside of the zippered pockets so when your hands are in there they are also warm, but I guess the design is to keep heat inside incase you're unzipped? Wear gloves? I'm on the fence, happy I bought on sale. Why did i keep it? Missed return window bc of warm winter weather, but it is warm and am looking forward to using it car camping. 5 stars bc the warmth/repels precip, 2 at best for all other issues.

Kept me super warm during my winter trip, with temps at 9F. Really blocked the icy winds and was super comfortable to wear.

Warm and cozy!

I’ve been looking for a warm coat all winter, and I finally found it! This coat is warm and comfortable and cozy. It’s been below 0 all week and I’ve been wearing this coat every day. It’s perfect.

Great purchase at a great sale price

The coat lives up to its advertising. Stylish and functional. Comfortable and fits nicely. I'd buy it again.

The jacket was not like pictures it was a super weird summer tan flesh color not the Dijon mustard looking color of the photographs. The fit was sligjtly off it was loose where I am largest (read as apple shaped) but very fitted (tight) at time very slim hips. I tried it on and this was not the jacket for me. It was returned the next day. If it helps I am 5’5” and 178# most of my weight is in my chest and stomach and had room for a hoodie underneath.

We have been experiencing frigid weather, with single degree temperatures that dip below zero with windchill factored in. I have been completely comfortable wearing my wonderful new jacket as I walk my dog for 50 minutes or so several times each day: have had to refer jealous neighbors!!

Warmest jacket ever, but runs big.

I bought this right before Christmas, when I was desperate for a warm coat, so even though I tried it on, and suspected it was too big, I wore it around on a trip to NC, so by the time I knew for sure it is indeed too big, it was too late. It fits my husband much better than me, so he wears it too. It is so incredibly cozy, even on these arctic days we’re enduring, that I’m actually very glad to have it. Just be forewarned—it runs very large. The sleeves are an inch past my fingertips, which helps with the lack of a storm cuff, and the body is almost knee length (I’m 5’7” and bought a Large). The hood is permanently attached, and a life-saver on cold, windy days. I like its simplicity—not a fan of fur or fuzz. All in all, a great jacket, but watch out for my mistakes.

Texas desert winter is dry but brutal, we were expecting rain, wind and snow all at the same time. Surrounding Cities were freezing and shutting down and I did not have a good jacket for this weather. I order this jacket and an Amazon jacket. First, I wanted to see which one would arrived first. Secondly, to have options based on quality. Well no competition there, you guys beat Amazon delivery, price and quality. I am 5’5 short and heavy between size 14-18 between XL -XXL, after the holidays for sure size 18, who is always cold in winter months and my family hates it. I wore it as soon as it arrived, same day as the storm was hitting our town. Going into graveyard shift and the temperature was dropping in the low 30’s with high winds 15-20 miles per hour, I decided to wear it. I did not feel the wind go through my jacket nor the low temperature dropped my body temperature and for sure the hoddie did not move. I ordered a XXL, fits a little bit bigger but perfect for winter layers or just extra room to move around. Protection, cover my whole upper body including upper part of my legs. After work and before the sun came up the temperature dropped to 10-15 degrees and the wind was still blowing hard. Again, full protection, walked as normal as I could to my car. Double sippers helped when driving I pulled the bottom sipper up for comfort with the pedals and top sipper down below my seat belt also for comfort. When the snow came I was perfectly happy and warm with my jacket. After the storm, Amazon package arrived and I still opened the package to compare quality but no comparison, ended returning their merchandise. I might only use this jacket during bad winter days and occasional trips to the mountains for skiing but not my everyday winter wear coat since it was warm in the low 10s and don’t like to be overly hot wear I start to sweat so I will keep it for those special winter days. However this jacket is a must for unexpected winter storms and a keeper for years to come.

Have gone back and forth on color and sizing. Bothered by the long sleeves. being petite size. But I bought some mittens and the sleeves are not a problem. I settled on the Medium as I am 5'1" and 159 Lbs. The Large was too big. I agree that it can run big.
