We built the Cardiac GORE-TEX 3L Bib Pant to be the cream of the crop in our outerwear line. These pants pair a PFAS-free* GORE-TEX ePE laminate with fully sealed seams and an underbust bib to keep the weather and sweat out of our layers so they can do their thing. With this waterproof and breathable coverage, we can spend more time on hill where the 2-way side zips, multiple pockets, and self-adhering bib straps promise further comfort as we get the goods.

Like other reviewers have noted, the legs are way long compared to the rest of these bibs. I ended up having to order an XS just to get the length right, but they're a little more snug than I'd like in the torso and thigh areas as a result. Not sure whether or not I want to keep them. For comparison, the size S I ordered before was huge in comparison, both in length and bagginess. Backcountry, if you're reading this: please offer a more customized sizing structure with a petite option. Or just make them slightly shorter overall. Also, why not make the logo a bit less glaring. The white is quite stark. Maybe the same purple as the rest of the accents and the Backcountry branding on the leg?

I LOVE everything about these pants, except for how long they are! I'm 5'6" and ordered a Large, which is usually standard for my sizing. The pants are about 4-5 inches TOO LONG. The material doesn't allow for hemming so I'm crossing my fingers that if I exchange for a medium, they will still fit me and the length will be better, but we'll see!

I REALLY love this bib however, being 5’2, the pants were WAY too long and strap on your shoulders can only be adjusted to a certain point. Unfortunately have to return. Really wish they had Petite option because I wanted these to fit so bad. Everything else about this bib is amazing (zippers, colors, stretch, fit) and I totally would repurchase if the length was shorter. Backcountry please please make petite size!! It’s so hard to find good bibs like this and I’m a huge fan!
