Similar to last year's Spruces but --
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
Fairly similar to last year's Spruces model (the lavender, black, and blue/green leaf pattern). The cuff at the calf is now just a hem... probably for better stretch. And the waist band now has a drawstring pull. Fit is about the same. 5'7 155, Large fits me like a pleasantly comfortable tight, not stretched skin tight like a spandex sausage, and I do fold down the waistband. Could probably go medium if you wanted a snugger fit but I like the fabric less stretched so it's thicker and warmer, especially if I accidentally dry them. I usually run size 10 relaxed fit. They were warm for alpine skiing and touring last year so I got more.
