Whether we're lapping our favorite lift at Brighton or doing leg-burning top-to-bottom runs at the 'Bird, the Backcountry CrestCruiser Insulated Jacket always tags along with the perfect balance of warmth, protection, and style at our local ski hill. We made the 10K/15K waterproof, breathable fabric from PFAS-free* recycled polyester for a balance of winter-ready performance and eco-friendly design and stuffed this jacket with body-mapped Primaloft Black insulation to keep plummeting temps at bay. Features such as an adjustable powder skirt, fully sealed seams, and underarm zippered ventilation make this a resort essential all season long.

Stylish, functional and weatherproof

I ordered this for my teenage stepdaughter and she loved it. We skied Tahoe in Dec 2024 with wet snow conditions. She stayed dry and warm and loved all the pockets/zippers. She was thrilled with how the jacket looked on the slopes… making me the cool step mom for picking the jacket out. Would recommend and buy again.

Jacket was ok. Not quite what I was looking for, in the end. Since I returned the jacket, I can't attest to its warmth while on the mountain, though it didn't seem quite as warm as my old insulated Orage jacket
