Perfect Fit, Comfort, and Style

I recently purchased the Backcountry Destination 7in Lined Shorts, and they are exactly what I was hoping for. The fit is spot on—comfortable without being too tight—and they offer just the right amount of room for movement. They also have a tough, durable feel to them, which makes me confident they will hold up well over time (though only time will tell!). The style is great too, with a design that looks sharp whether I'm out on a hike or just wearing them casually around town. One detail that stood out to me is the lining. It's slightly looser than what you’d find in Patagonia shorts, but this actually adds to the overall comfort. The lining doesn't bunch or feel restrictive, making these shorts ideal for all-day wear. I’ve already purchased three pairs, and I'm sure I’ll be buying more in a few years once these finally wear out—if they ever do! If you're looking for a pair of shorts that balances style, comfort, and durability, I highly recommend giving the Backcountry Destination 7in Lined Shorts a try. Not what I’d hoped

Loved last years Pecos River water short, had great hope for these. The crotch (no fly or false fly) is way too high and long. The liner isn’t super rewarding or useful. 5” inseam is decent, but wish they were a little more true to fit. Bring back the Pecos, those were a top notch short!

Great short I wish the crotch on the liner was a little higher to provide better support. Fit is great length is true to size.
