Perfect for my Labrador Retriever

I bought a size XL for my 70lb Labrador Retriever and it fit well. I previously bought a Classic Beaufort jacket in the same olive color. Now we can take a walk in matching coats in the fall and winter weather.

Is this jacket able to go over a harness? I have to use a harness for my dog so I need a place to clip a leash near the shoulder blades. Is there a harness-type clip on this jacket or a space to pull clips from an underneath harness through?
