For added bite on hard or slippery surfaces, the Black Diamond Carbide Tech-Tips provide durable and secure performance. Works as replacement tip for our Spring 2012 and later only trekking poles and all model Z-poles. Does not work with First Strike, Trail Back, Syncline poles, Trail Explorer 3. Sold in pairs.

Even though my poles come with these, experience has taught me to be prepared for the unexpected. The right price for spare parts, just in case.

Easy to install
Wish I'd found these before one had already fallen off. I love my Z-poles and these enabled me to keep using them.

Extra replacement Tips
Purchased these after having worn the original tips down so far that I had to replace the lower pole sections. Although I haven’t used them yet I have them now for next time to avoid the damage caused this go around.

LIfesaver!
So glad that these pole tips are replaceable. After over 8 years of hiking through the High Peaks in the Adirondacks, my poles were finally showing their age. With new tips and straps, they are like new again.
