Love this! So good!
Love the Recon Stretch ski shell. Perfect for a lighter weight jacket, yet still has all the warmth for those colder days. Love the high collar/neck to zip up and hide behind if need. My new favourite jacket.

Keeps me dry but not the most flattering fit
Great shell keeps me dry and blocks the wind. For a womens specific jacket I find it quite boxy I went with the large to get enough room over the hips but unfourtunalty it made the shoulders chest area quite large on me. I do not have a big chest but I do have quite broad shoulders and it still feels a bit unbalanced between the hips and the shoulders. All in all great jacket I do wish it had two chest pockets as I find my self reaching for those the most as the lower pockets get covered by my backpack.

want to love but can’t
I love this jacket, and I have the matching bibs too that I am also in love with. However, if you even look at a tree, both will rip. Which just makes me sad honestly! I want to love them so much but if I can’t touch a small twig without a 12 inch tear in my jacket this simply can’t be meant for skiing.

Love
I’m really liking this shell for skiing. It’s warm & weather-proof and has all the features I want. I got the matching bibs a year or two earlier and also really like those. I appreciate that BD kept the same colors for a few seasons.

Great Fit

Great quality fits small
Great jacket! I ordered a size small and I'm 5'3" and 130 pounds. Typically a size small. It fits well over a t-shirt and a very light puffer jacket, but I’m not sure it would accommodate multiple layers. A medium might be a better fit if you plan to wear more underneath. Unfortunately, I’ll need to return it since I was hoping to use it for skiing.

Great fit!
This jacket is a great fit for backcountry skiing. It is long with an athletic fit and moves well. I am 5'6", 125lbs, athletic build and the Small fit great.

Great shell
I knocked a star because I wish there were two front chest pockets. I’ve learned in snow activities I utilize the chest pockets more than the lower jacket pockets (mainly because things slide out of my lower pockets all the time). Otherwise, this is a great shell and so far has been very waterproof!
