Ok quality, doesn?t fit any MTB

Looks OK and is of decent quality (zippers, window etc). The other Velcro is so short that there?s zero chance to install it to a bike which doesn?t have the old fashioned skinny tube construction. Zero. I was able to put it on my 12 yo daughter?s bike, works fine on that
