The 210-denier ripstop nylon main fabric is durable and abrasion-resistant, and a PFC-free water-resistant treatment sheds moisture from the bag's exterior before it has time to soak in. Dual ice axe holders allow us to strap our ice axes to the back of the pack, and a rope carry system means we can take along a rope without having to wear it on our body. The shoulder straps are ventilated for airflow, and the adjustable waist belt is removable, so we can take it off when we have a lighter pack. This pack is hydration and helmet carry compatible and has a ventilated mesh back panel for support and breathability.
