Comfortable shoes once worn in

After the initial stretching period, these shoes are amazing. Great in snow and rain. Very cute. They have molded to my foot. It’s still a bit tough to get my foot in, but that’s what those little loops are for. I bought 8.5 and they are a tad loose in the front, but I’m OK with that.

Comfort and beauty!

These looked much whiter on my screen, but the Pearl color in person is a pink-toned off-white. In bright light it looks bone-colored, but in dimmer light it looks subtly pink. I like this color as it doesn't feel like a marching band boot. If you wear a lot of neutrals, this boot will go with a lot of your clothing. This is my first pair of Blundstones, and they fit true to size. This style is a bit narrow at the shaft and took about a week's daily wear to loosen the elastic enough to get them off easily. There was no break-in period, though, and on first wear I walked over 5 miles in them in total comfort. I thought they would scuff or mark easily, but I've put around 50 miles of city walking in them in both sun and rain and they are still pristine. I haven't treated them with a leather conditioner, but I will soon. If you're on the fence about this color, I say go for it. I was about to get black, but decided to go with the Pearl and have no regrets.

I have never been more disappointed in a purchase. All I have ever heard is how great Blundstones are. They are not great. These claim to be water resistant but they're not, water comes right through the leather. They have to be treated to repel water which will change the color. Also they are not comfortable, you'll need a sole insert. I will never buy another pair of blundstones. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Great boot!

I love these boots! These are my second pair only because I wanted another version in a different color. Breaking in these boots can be daunting, They're strong and made of great material. Plan to wear med thickness socks that come over the top of the boot, or else you will have some tender areas on the inside of the ankle, heel, and around the edge. Definately worth it, I'm still giving these 5 stars because of the comfort, as well as work hard, then wear with a dress for a day out on the town. Great product!

first pair of blunnies!

First time ordering from backcountry too, and I'm impressed! My order came in a day earlier than I was expecting. Love these boots! I was worried about the "breaking in" period as I've never had a nice pair of leather boots before. I only struggled with getting them on and off the first few times wearing and now it's a breeze. The sole is so comfortable too and I never had an issue with it. One day I walked all over downtown with them on and that's the only time my heel was a little sensitive, but there were no blisters (note, I wear thick socks with these, otherwise it would've hurt more). I'm a size 9.5/10 and I went with the size 7 for these. Perfect fit! Not too small or clunky.

Love these boots! Super comfy and great for winter. Runs a bit small. I normally wear a 7.5 in boots but went up to a size 8 for these.
