Show Stopper

This is my second consecutive pair Glycerin 22s. I get constant compliments on the white pair I bought. However, the primary reason I love this shoe is that it provides great cushioning with a lower heel height. Hoka's have great cushion but the heel is so high they feel much less stable. I pronate so I use an insert for more stability. With the Glycerin 22, plus insert, I get a stable shoe that has great cushioning, that also looks sharp.

A best shoe of 2025 contender

I haven’t ran in the Glycerin since versions 9 and 10. I’ve been in the Ghost and Launch. I’ve also ran in the ASICS Nimbus 25 for runs I would typically pick the Glycerin for. The Glycerin has come a long ways and it’s got to be one of the best shoes of 2025. The foam is legit and so nice! My heart rate is about 10 beats lower and my pace is a couple seconds faster per mile when I wear them. This is a luxurious shoe from top to bottom. The upper, heel collar, and toe box all fit and feel wonderful. The traction is great. This is my new go to shoe for easy long runs and recovery runs. You can pick up the pace in this shoe as well and you’ll get a responsive ride. Well done Brooks!

Worn straight out of the box

The 22’s are very comfortable out of the box and well cushioned. The wide fit provides me with the extra space I need to prevent the trainer rubbing my bunion.

The cushioning is not as supportive as the previous model. I like the previous version better. But in terms of weight, I'm an unusually heavy runner. So my opinion probably isn't typical.

These shoes are great, the comfort from the sole is unlike anything I have had before and I immediately improved my running time.

Glycerin 22

You can definitely notice the difference wearing these shoes. Less joint impact, increased speed, less contact time with the ground, and more spring through each step. Very comfortable. Highly recommend.
