Great shoes!
Run a smidgen smaller and narrower than 21s, i bought my normal size 9B at first but my feet were screaming just a couple miles in. I exchanged for a 9.5D, which fit great! The stiffer forefoot foam is a major improvement! Less pillowy, more springy.

Love the Glycerin 22
Love the Glycerin 22. They feel great doing HIIT class. I got the blue/iris/yellow and they are so pretty. Fit true to size for me.

Wearing the shoes all the time
I generally wore the Ghost line of Brooks for years. I had 1 pair of Glycerin’s before moving to the Ghosts. Then I left Brooks for another brand of running shoes. I saw the Glycerin 22 were being released, I visited my local sporting goods store and tried on the white limpet shell, amparo blue. It was the only pair they had in my size. The left shoe didn’t feel and wear as good as the right shoe did. I then tried on the amparo blue, hyper iris, yellow. It was like walking on a cloud with support. The shoes are comfortable out of the box no break in period. I have now had these shoes for over 2 weeks. I am so happy with my purchase. Within a few weeks I will be purchasing the white limpet shell amparo blue for spring.

Run small, size up!
Definitely run more narrow and short compared to the ghost. I’ve tried to half size up on these and they’re still too small.

Had to return. Not sure what I thought of this new model. They did narrow the shoe once again after making it wider the past few years. I am not heavy. I weigh 110lbs but this version is much more narrow than the previous models. I also really don’t know what to say about the new heal. It does make it look like your shoes are to big. As the heal that is fitting your foot is more inset than the outside of the shoe. None the less…….here goes another year that I am buying and storing last years model to get through to the next change to the Glycerin 23. Or I find a new shoe / different brand?

Just commenting on styling
Just commenting on styling, these keep getting uglier with each new year’s model :( loved my old Glycerins, please stop trying to make these look like Hoka shoes and go back to the more traditional Glycerin look. If I wanted Hoka or On Cloud, I would buy those but I don’t! I want the old style Glycerin!

This is the first time I bought Glycerin and they are very comfortable. But I do agree with another post that I do wish you have better colors. I loved the purple and black cheetah print you had for the ghost 14. I literally bought 3 pairs because I liked them so much. Thanks Kala M.

Heel Collar Is Too High
Love the purple color but disappointed in the new heel collar design. The heel collar is too high and rubs the ankle and Achilles very badly, even with higher socks, making them very uncomfortable.

Always liked the Glycerins for their roomy toebox, not only from a width perspective but the height of the toebox. Unfortunately these new ones do not have the same feel in regards to height of the toe-box compared to the 21’s. They are morphing into the stealthfit in this way which is a bummer. Will stock up on the 21’s and hope the 23 version is better!

Great shoes—change in heel
Great shoes! These seem to have a bit more cushioning than the 21’s and that’s a huge win. Please take note, the back portion (it’s in the picture but I missed it) and on sides of ankle is raised and rubs on skin. If you have sensitive skin keep this and your favorite socks in mind.
