Crux Water Reservoir
You can rest when the vacation's over. So, rather than sleeping in, get up and grab your trekking poles, snacks, and the Camelbak Crux Water Reservoir, so you can get to the trailhead before the parking lot fills up. An ergonomic handle provides easy, one-handed fill when you're still trying to clear the sleep from your eyes. A baffled design keeps the reservoir's profile low, so you don't have to pull everything out of your pack to slip the reservoir inside. And when finally do hit the trail, the Crux's innovative construction keeps water flowing to ensure you stay hydrated from the initial hike in to that last mile when you're blissfully exhausted from a satisfying day on the trail.

Leaks
I used it daily for walking during the heat of summer, it started out great but only lasted 2 weeks. A leak started around the point where the tube is connected to the pouch, not from the seals but between the pouch and receptical. Can't use it without water running down my back. Would have been 5 stars if it didn't leak but 2 weeks worth of use. Very poor.

It has been a long time since I've bought a camelback, because they last, and I love the updates to make cleaning easier. Looking forward to a great race season with this bladder.

Crux = garbage. Bring back the Antidote bladder!
Bring back the Antidote bladder. I liked the slim hose, it didn't kink and it was lighter. The Crux, while it has a nice handle at the fill port to hold it, has many issues. 1) it leaks from the hose quick disconnect port. I've owned 4 bladders and they all leak. 2) the hose is a larger diameter than the previous generation (Antidote) and the new large hose is easy to kink 3) the bite valve is a real pain to disassemble and properly clean compared to the Antidote bite valve.

How are you supposed to drink from a 45 degree nozzle? Is there some kind of trick or specific contortion that you have to practice? I've resorted to replacing 45 degree nozzles with 90 degree nozzles, but with the new Crux reservoir the tubing is bigger and my 90 degree Camelbak nozzle doesn't fit (too small). Does Camelbak sell a 90 degree nozzle that will fit the larger tubing?
