Not what they used to be
Finally replaced my nearly 10 year old pair and I am incredibly disappointed to see the quality has fallen off of a cliff. These used to be some of the best gloves for cast iron cooking, but the new ones I received keep out so little heat they are basically useless. Gardening gloves have more thermal resistance.

Glove melted to my finger
Picked these up thinking they would be a good addition to the smoker I bought. I was wrong. First use I removed the tray from my smoker the fingers on the glove stopped none of the heat started to burn and left me with burns on my first 3 fingers.

Just what I wanted
Perfect set of gloves for grilling and especially for handling hot cast iron skillets.

Gets the jobs done when the heat is on
These are super helpful if you have to deal with anything while it's hot, including moving grates around, adjusting the drip tray, or working with probes, smoke tubes, etc. I would not recommend them for handling food directly, but they are great for everything else.

Not heat resistant
I bought these 2 weeks ago and today my son used them and burned his hands while using the gloves on the grill.
