Windbreaker

OK, but not as good as the older one
Runs small. No adjustment on the hood, so it hangs down over my eyes. I replaced a 4 year old storm defender jacket, the old one seems better made.

Not water proof
Waterproof for 20 minutes and then soaks through, absolutely garbage for the price. You can get a helly Hanson jacket for the same price and actually have a waterproof garment that is high quality. There are better options for the money than this jacket.

The inside liner is like wearing a trash bag so you'll be sweaty instead of wet from rain.
