Why We Like The Aria Vest
When Castelli redesigned their wind vest and jacket, they understood we need a lightweight layer that protects from the wind, without making us catch the breeze like a sail. The Aria Vest combines a windproof front panel with a stretchy mesh back to keep the vest close to our body, helping us look every bit as classy with it on as when we’re riding in a jersey alone. This is the ideal vest to bring along on a ride to stay warmer on the descent. We barely notice its 60g in our pocket while climbing and certainly appreciate the protection from the wind on the way back to the cafe.

I like it!
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
Not a 5 as it's a bit noisy - technical fabric flapping. But it looks and works great.

The zipper is stuck at the top
- Familiarity:
- I returned this product before using it
- Size Bought:
- M
- Height:
- 5' 10"
- Weight:

The zipper gets stuck at the top because of poorly done inner material. It happens every time, so it's hard to unzip, not to mention doing it during the ride. It's a bummer, but the fit and general quality are perfect.

Almost...

Lightweight vest for spring and summer descents. Unfortunately, some fluttering around the arm holes. Castelli almost got it right!

5'8" at 161 lbs. Purchased size M. I originally bought a L and exchanged it for a M. Happy with the fit. It's perfect snug fit for me. Still goes over my jersey when back pockets is full of stuff. It helps cut wind chill and packs up really small. Great purchase.

Beautiful Vest!

This vest is timeless, beautiful, and has all the right tech specs. However, as usually, Casteli runs small. Very small. Micro small! I bought it as a gift for my hubby and I am so glad I had him try it on prior to our upcoming mountain biking trip for two weeks. Of course, it was too small, so I immediately re-ordered in the next size up. Don?t be discouraged by size. Buy what fits and do what you do! **Follow up: next size up (3x)works like a charm! Fabulous fit and function. Even endured a crash that resulted in broken ribs without a smidge of damage to the vest.

My new favorite wind vest. Super light, folds down so never a reason not to bring it. I'm usually a Large in Castelli and I bought a L and an XL. The XL gives me some room to get my hand into my back jersey pockets and I like it better so I kept that one and returned the L.
