Designed for optimal performance in all three disciplines, the Castelli Ride-run Short is a do-it-all short for training and racing of any distance. It features flat-lock stitching and raw-cut leg endings for next-to-skin comfort, while the KISS Tri seat pad offers all-day comfort while in the saddle and disappears while running. Internal silicone leg grippers keep the bottom of the shorts in place, while the SnapLock fastener at the waist clips to our Castelli Free race top to create the feel of a one-piece suit.

- I've used it several times
I love the grip on the legs and they have a slightly thicker pad than a lot of other tri shorts and also a bit of a higher rise on the waist. They run true to size. I highly recommend.
