Why We Like The Cervelo Aspero SC Rival AXS 2x Carbon Wheel Exclusive Gravel Bike
With gravel cycling evolving and becoming faster and faster every day, we need a bike like the Cervelo Aspero SC Rival AXS 2x Carbon Wheel Exclusive Gravel Bike to stay ahead of the pack. This season, Cervelo updated its already successful Aspero frame to be even more comfortable, and more versatile, with changes such as a lowered standover height, a slimmer downtube profile, and dropped chainstays for improved chainring clearance, while keeping us in an aerodynamic, powerful race position. Cervelo's All-Carbon construction helps to keep us comfortable as we ride over rough terrain, and we added the Cervelo Alloy seatpost to this exclusive setup to provide exceptional long-lasting durability that withstands years of off-road abuse.
To keep up with the speedy frame design, this bike is set up with the Rival AXS 2 x 12-speed drivetrain. With this high-performance wireless system, we are provided with reliable, intuitive shifting, trustworthy braking with the hydraulic disc brake system, and ultimate personalization. This groupset stands out with the use of 46/33t chainrings and a 10-36t cassette range, ensuring we have the proper gear for any climb, descent, or sprint that comes our way during our next race. With the crisp, accurate shifting performance this groupset provides, and the high-speed rolling efficiency of the Reynolds G700 Disc Gravel Wheelset set up with Vittoria Terreno Dry G2.0 tubeless tires, we are more than ready to continue to lead the pack.

Functional and beautiful gravel bike!
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
- Size Bought:
- 56
In less than a month, I have already put close to 500 miles on my Aspero (while still MTB and road riding). Once you have your preferred tire and saddle setup, this bike is a dream to ride. Definitely a more race oriented bike, so don't expect to load it up with countless bottle cages and fenders. Longest ride so far has been just over 50 miles on Colorado's Front Range (endless hills and wind). Highly recommend for those that want to gravel ride at high speed.
