Designed for the best days of the year, this powder ski marries a 111mm waist width to a progressive rocker profile that combine to keep us in control and on top of deep powder. When the powder starts to wane, the camber section underfoot helps us hold an edge, and the medium turn radius ensures we can keep skiing fast through the chop.

Friend indeed! I am so happy with the Rafiki as a Powder ski. It is poppy and playful with a reliable turn that still allows you to float in a heavenly way through 2 inches of cream or 2 feet of fluff. The design is buoyant and "surfy" but I still felt stable when landing on a cat track or a groomer- just keeping me on my toes. Overall if you are looking to add a TRUE powder ski to your quiver this is an "always friends on powder day" addition.

This is the best pow ski I've ever had! She makes the funnest surfy turns and will float through anything but can still hold her own on groomers too! If you're looking for a pow ski that you can still rip around on the hardpack this is the ski for you!
