Skydome Fullyfly Vest Tent sets up in under 5 minutes with a full-fly vestibule for extra storage

What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:

"This tent is a game-changer for quick and easy setup. The pre-attached poles make pitching a breeze, and the full-fly vestibule adds great storage space. I love the nearly vertical walls, which create extra headroom, and the WeatherTec system keeps me dry in unpredictable conditions. Whether it’s a weekend camping trip or a festival, this tent is my go-to."

Camping should be about adventure, not struggling with tent setup. That’s why we love the Skydome Fullfly Vest 4-Person Tent, which pitches in under five minutes thanks to its pre-attached poles. The full-fly vestibule creates a covered entryway, keeping gear dry and protected while adding extra storage space.

Inside, nearly vertical walls provide 20% more headroom than traditional dome tents, giving us room to stretch out and relax. When storms roll in, the WeatherTec system—with welded corners, inverted seams, and a sturdy frame—ensures we stay dry. Plus, smart ventilation and an E-port make for a comfortable, modern camping experience.

Durability - not upto to the price/expectations

I got this 4 person vestibule tent for my camping experience and when I tried setting up the tent the hook that holds in the top was already broken and I noticed this during my tent setup only. That was very disappointing as this is priced this much and I expected the quality to be the same as it’s priced . Not satisfied with the product.

Great, but Can't Find Replacement Pole for Vestibu

I loved this tent. However, after having it for only a year I no longer have the Vestibule pole and can't find the replacement. Spoke with/emailed support and was told which to buy to replace it. The replacement did not work.

Very Nice Tent, but A Few Cheap Spots

Really pleased with this tent! I haven't yet tested it in the rain, though I suspect, taking enough trips to the PNW, it won't be long until I can. Nonetheless, the about 7 nights I've had outside with it in the 6 weeks I've owned it, it's been great: spacious, fantastic view of the night sky when settling in for the night, and easy enough to set up. My chief complaint is that some components of the tent, namely where the poles attach to the canvas in the rear, are thin plastic which seems apt to fail before anything else. Coleman would do well to make these out of metal or find another way of attaching the poles, as this weak spot will get the tent in the bin sooner than anything else. Altogether: a very nice tent with a minor weakness in some plastic components. A great car camping tent, and something cheap enough not to worry when my buddies push and pull on it or track dirt inside.

Love the design, but can't try it out yet.

I cannot accurately rate this tent at this time. It is middle of winter and this tent was purchased only for summer motorcycle trips. If there is a way for me to offer a review in a few months, I will be happy to do a proper review once we have used it a bit. As for the design, I love it. Having the vestibule outside the tent should help keep the inside much cleaner than tents we've had in the past. Dirty shoes or boots can be left outside where they belong without danger of them getting soaked in the event of rain over night.

A Wonderful All Around Tent

You can’t set this thing up in five minutes. Full stop. It’s not possible. Not if you guy it out the way you need to and put on the rain fly. That said, I really like this tent. I like the pockets, I like the vents, I like the fact I can pull in an extension cord for my devices to charge at night. It’s got lots of places inside to attach carabiners and hang gear or coats. The vestibule is wonderful for storing gear that you don’t want cluttering up your tent. The price is great too, especially for what you’re getting. But you won’t be pitching it in five minutes.

Great tent, even better vestibule.

Great tent! Held up well during an unexpected rainstorm. Warm, easy to setup, dried out quickly. Vestibule is a nice size, a small chair fit under it.

Attached Fiber glass tent pole is broken, stakes m

I received this tent. Upon assembling prior to camping trip I discovered one of the attached fiber glass tent poles is broken. It makes the tent more difficult to put together and I am scared it will be an issue camping with an elementary school child and a one-year-old. The stakes are also missing. One of the seam in the back of the tent has a defect. There are runs in the mesh. The seams are already taped. It was packaged nicely in the box. The packaging seemed freshly minted, and did not give any signs of being a used tent. So this must be a manufacturing issue. I have a defective tent and my son’s soap box derby begin Friday night. It is Sunday. He worked so hard on his car I have to make sure he makes it to the race.

Skydome 4-person tent with full-fly vestibule

After reading many positive reviews, we decided to get this 4-person tent with full-fly vestibule. It doesn’t disappoint us! We like it. The vestibule provides extra storage space before entering the tent, and gives more privacy when we stay inside the tent. The vestibule is a full-length rain fly which is a plus too.

Very Spacious, Decent in Various Conditions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 4-person tent worked really great for two people out in the west Texas desert. It kept us protected from the sun during the daytime and held up against some moderate winds, despite being quite lightweight. I found the setup and breakdown to be fairly easy — the carrying case is pretty exact to the size of the tent, so packing it up requires being somewhat deliberate. The built in poles are convenient but I worry about being able to replace them if needed in the future. A surprise rainstorm and some chilly desert nights tested the limits of this tent though, I think it's best for summers and fair conditions.

What a cool tent!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We LOVE this tent! We are a family who is new to camping, so don't have much to compare this to, nut we love the full fly vestibule, and it perfectly suits our family of 3 and our large breed dog. We haven't used it in the rain yet, but are hopeful this will keep us dry. We look forward to camping in this tent this fall! It's spacious and easy to assemble.
