These are perfect for travel when trying to pack light (carry-on only), for a 2-week international winter destination. Feet stayed warm through hours outside in snow to photograph wildlife. Flexible, comfortable, virtually no break-in period, all without being bulky and rigid like so many other winter boots.

Definitely a great boot if you’re looking for something for day to day use or for hitting a trail on the weekend. Very capable and they are also waterproof / stay warm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this boot. I usually get an insulated waterproof hiking boot for light winter use. I've had Saloman, North Face, etc but these are the best bang for the buck. Keep my feet warm without sweating and are really comfortable. The long padded tongue protects your foot from the laces rubbing at the top of the boot. Lightweight and perfect!

Nice boots but too narrow

These boots appear to be good quality but were too narrow for my feet. I usually wear a 10.5 shoe in a traditional width. The only time I've ever ordered a wide width is when ordering Salomon boots/shoes. Thankfully Expedition Perks allows me to return at no charge.

Comfortable to wear and walk around in, very good traction on hikes. I've worn them when it's in the low 20's and my feet stayed warm. I would buy again.

Get the job done
