Bottom Grip falling apart
Bottom grip falling apart in less than a month of use. Bought this for my son because of the grip and it doesn’t seem to be lasting. Had to use superglue to glue the part of the bottom. He did say it is comfortable to wear.

Not waterproof
I bought these when I found out our family vacation to Disneyland was going to take place during a downpour. I grabbed these specifically looking for the waterproof feature. My daughter currently wears a y1, I bought a y2. The shoes were definitely a bit small: they fit the same as her Plae 1y sneakers. But the killer was they are not remotely waterproof. Her feet were soaked. If you are looking for a good sneaker to keep your kid's feet dry: keep looking. We're going to keep these because they have good traction and were reported to be very comfortable.
