The Gold Standand
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wonderful jacket. Very warm. Met my unrealistically high expectations!

Looks Good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I won't be using until my trip to Yellowstone. The coat looks and feels good. It is comfortable but I won't know how warm for a few weeks.

Couldn’t Be Happier
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Comfortable, stylish, warm and keeps you dry. This jacket came in just in time for Louisianas first snow storm. I wore this and stayed warm and dry all day. With the wind chill it was 17F and I didn’t feel the cold or the wind.

Arrived with rips
I bought this jacket like 2 months ago went on vacation before I had a chance to wear it. And the first time I wore it I noticed there were 2 rips in the jacket. Obviously I didn't check the jacket to see if it was ripped before wearing it because it's a brand new jacket. Not happy with this at all but at this point I'm pretty much screwed and stuck with this jacket. I have a Northface jacket that I bought 6 years ago and that is holding up better than this jacket. If you need a jacket check it before wearing ir buying! Or just stick with Northface. I'll submit some photos later.

Horrible uncomfortable cuffs, returning.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Would not buy again and will be returning. The cuffs are abrasive on wrists and I've read other reviews stating the same. The jacket itself is great but I don't know how the cuffs were allowed to pass the design phase. They're the worst I've ever encountered on a jacket and legitimately left my wrists raw after only a half hour of wearing it.

Deal breaker...terrible sleeves/cuffs!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to receive the jacket and loved the way it looked and fit. I took the tags off and wore it out the next day but was done with it within 15 minutes of wearing it. While most of the jacket seems to be of high quality, they used the lowest, cheapest quality material on the sleeve cuffs of the jacket. It is some kind of scratchy elastic material that wraps around the wrist and chafes whenever you move your arms. I never thought I would return a jacket based on such a small design flaw, but when I imagined walking around in winter time with those cuffs digging in and scratching my wrists for the next 10 years I had to return it (yes, they did accept a return even with the tags removed...kudos to them). I searched the reviews to see if I was the only one who had a problem with this, and found one other person who mentioned this. A lot of others mention the hood being a problem which I might agree with as well, but the wrist thing was way too annoying and uncomfortable to deal with. I checked other jackets of friends and family to see what other cuffs are like and I haven't seen anything close to the poor design of this Columbia Jacket. Its like the people who designed it never actually tried it on to test for functionality! Its, really unfortunate as I really liked the jacket otherwise!
