Hiking boots don't have to break our budget, thanks to the Columbia Newton Ridge Plus II Hiking Boot. Its leather, suede, and synthetic mesh uppers are coated with polyurethane for weather resistance and backed up by a waterproof bootie, making the boot mud-resistant and puddle-proof. Columbia's TechLite midsoles cushion our feet while their Omni-Grip rubber outsoles keep us from slipping and sliding on the trail.

Nice boots
My foot length is 27 cm. I chose according to the size chart - size 10. They turned out to be a little larger. Size 9.5 would be just right. I decided not to return it - I will wear it :-) The boots themselves are very high quality. Lightweight and comfortable. Good lacing.

Size chart is not correct
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] According to the size chart, the 9.5 size boots that I bought should fit those whose feet are 26.4-26.9cm long(My feet are 26.5cm long) but it turns out they are actually 27.5cm foot length.

Solid Construction
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This boot is a gift that was requested. The boot is very well made and not too heavy or light. The soles are thick and should be warm for winter hiking. I'm hopeful the fit is perfect. Otherwise, the quality if great.

Sleek look and comfortable
