Excellent jacket

Great coat
I love this coat for hunting. It’s comfortable, warm and carries a heavy load of birds, water, dog stuff, etc very well.

Best money can buy!!
You want tough? This is it! I bought mine almost 30 years ago and have quail hunted in a lot of brush and sand plum thickets every year since. The material resisted every thorn that I ran into! The first failure happened recently when the vest zipper got caught in the dryer and broke the metal pull. I am sad because I have worn that fleece vest at least a thousand times in addition to those many hunts. I see now that there are even several improvements over mine, but I don’t need a new one!! If you want one last, best jacket/vest, this is the one!!

2nd year.... standing by my original rating
Purchased two years ago.... no failures... very tough. Only improvement you could make to this jacket is to have a dual zipper so you could unzip from bottom of jacket. Excellent purchase and a good, solid piece of hunting equipment.

Excellent upland coat

this jacket runs true to size
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I followed the recommendations that this jacket runs big in size.... maybe back in 2015 when most of the reviews were describing this.....but not now. I am 6'3" @ 220lbs with an athletic build, bought the med. size as recommended and i couldn't zip the jacket closed (that's how small it was)....no issue with the product, its a medium. Buy your size ! Returning for a LARGE. Like construction and materials of product (as expected)

Must have for bird season
