Why We Like The Cotopaxi Lagos 25L Hydration Pack

Cotopaxi's Lagos 25L Hydration Pack is light on our back and lighter on the environment thanks to fabrics made from recycled materials. This daypack includes a 2.5-liter water reservoir and 25 liters of storage, providing plenty of room to pack lunch, extra layers, a camera, or winter gear. We also like the purpose-built pocketsstretch-mesh pocket for our jacket, side mesh pockets for our water bottles, internal organizational pockets with key clip, and easy-access hip belt pockets for our lip balm, snacks, and energy chews.

Great bag with one flaw

I love the bag. I think it has a lot going well for it. There’s one change I’d change to it to make it a really good bag. I’d make a pouch for the hydration pack in the bag. I hate how it just hangs there and blocks you from getting into anything from underneath it. I had the lagos 15 and I’d thought it would be exactly like that but was surprised and disappointed when it wasn’t. I think you change that and the Lagos 25 becomes a great bag. The rest of the bag is great. The materials are constructed well. I love the mesh you guys use. It has a lot of pockets. It’s a comfortable bag. Just add a pouch in the back of the bag for the hydration pack and this becomes a great bag

Love this pack so much I bought it twice!

This has become my go-to hacking pack, rain, snow, or shine. I wanted waist straps and a hydration bag and I love that about this pack. Also love the hydration bag design, the magnet for the water tube on the front, the soft lining of the small pocket, and the fact that my phone can go in the mesh side pocket easily so I can grab it for photos or to check AllTrails easily.

Great looking pack

I love everything about this pack except the structure/back panel. It’s too flimsy. I put a Nalgene in the main compartment & could not wear it due to it digging into my back. This pack will work for carrying light & soft items but for its size it’s not a great hiking pack. I’ll still use it for other things though because I like the look & all the compartments.

This ain’t your daddy’s hydropack.

Bought the pack prepping for long hikes in the Southwest and just recently hiked Arches and Bryce Canyon. The bag was snug but not tight. Held up perfectly to being dragged along the rock faces. I loved the compartments to stow all the nonsense you need for a hike. Makes packing for outdoors trips a breeze and is dependable.

Awesome and Versatile Hydration Backpack

Lagos 25L Hiking Hydration Pack from Cotopaxi: Overall Fit: True to size as a 25L Hydration Backpack, falls well for 5'5" body frame Used Pack for Day Hikes in Colorado, where weather can be in the 80*'s to snowing all in the same hike! Pack was bought because of its bright colors (a plus if lost - both the pack and person!), size, multiple pockets, durability, capacity, comfortable straps, and Cotopaxi's mission statement. It can also be used for carry-on for airplane travel. Lifestyle: Weekend Warrior, and Travel Junkie :)

Love this backpack!

Need a new cute backpack and for me Cotopaxi Lagos 25L is the answer. Comfy, yet lightweight enough, small enough for carryon, and will bring this to Bali trip, camping in Hong Kong and Kilimanjaro hike!

My backpack didn’t come with a bladder

I know they are not expensive to pick up a generic replacement bladder but I was pretty disappointed to spend so much on a backpack and not get a bladder. Otherwise, I have liked it. It has been great to hike with. I still need to get a bladder. I’ve just been throwing water bottles in there.
