If you have high insteps and skinny heels/legs, this boot might be for you. I find most overlap boots to be varying degrees of uncomfortable. My bootfitter picked these after seeing my feet. We proceeded to try on a bunch of overlap boots, which really highlighted how comfy these were in comparison. The liners are a bit stiff, but once molded, are incredible. I have 101/102 wide forefoot, but width was not an issue in these 99 last width boots. I am not a huge fan of the walk mechanism design as it is harder to engage/disengage than other manufacturers. It is simple, but I could see icing being an issue…we’ll see. The buckle loops are made of very thin metal so I am slightly concerned about bending them and fatigue failures, but again..we’ll see.
