Polyurethane (PU) Coating is a synthetic material that makes the fabric waterproof or water-resistant. In a rain cover, this coating is crucial because it prevents water from soaking through, keeping your backpack and its contents dry during wet weather. This durability makes it ideal for outdoor activities.

Taped Seams are a method of sealing the stitched seams of the fabric to block water from leaking through. Since seams are often the weakest points in waterproof gear, applying waterproof tape over them ensures that even if water gets on the fabric, it won't seep through the stitching. This feature significantly improves the rain cover's overall waterproof performance.

70D Nylon refers to the thickness of the nylon fabric used in the rain cover, with "70D" indicating a medium-weight fabric. A higher denier number means a thicker and more durable fabric. The 70D nylon strikes a balance between durability and weight, making it strong enough for outdoor use while remaining lightweight for easy portability.

The drawstring is a cord mechanism that allows you to adjust the fit of the rain cover over your backpack. By pulling the drawstring tight, you can secure the cover in place, ensuring it stays put and provides maximum protection against rain.
