Torso is too short!

The fabric, quality, look and fit (other than the torso length) in the shoulders and hips was perfect for me. I'm 5'6", 140 lb and would have kept the medium if the crotch was a bit longer. Standing with my arms at my sides was fine, but raising my arms above my head was no longer fine. I've ordered a L and hopefully that problem will go away. I really love everything else about these. If you are short-waisted they might just be perfect.
