Dual Zone
Dual Zone makes this a very flexible and road worthy product. We started the trip with one side as a freezer, then switched it to fridge temp so the meat could thaw. Beverages on the other side were cold. Lid is sturdy enough to stand/sit on. Not sure what the amp draw was, but it didn't seem to draw much power.

Not that impressed with value
The app is nice. The short DC cord is a complete joke. Unit does run very quiet. I was expecting the lids to be easily reversed but it looks like it will take some disassemble but looks to be doable and not too difficult. Not a good value overall when you consider that you can get an extra large top of the line refrigerator freezer for a home for the same price or less!!! Hopefully low energy co sumption and astonishing longevity make it worth the seemingly outrageous price.

Not impressed with the cooler
It would appear that this cooler does not have sufficient insulation to maintain the proper temperature for food or medicine. If the cooler is unplugged for more than 15 minutes the interior temperature begins to rise and the contents begin to defrost. Non-electric (cheaper) coolers maintain the temperature more efficiently than this expensive appliance. On one occasion, even though the cooler was plugged in, the temperature did not reach the needed temperature. Was I given a -lemon- cooler or all coolers have this problem?

Heavy
I love this system but it is very heavy and does not have wheels make it hard to move with food in it.

Big Boy
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- Size Bought:
- 95
This thing is big with plenty of space for whatever your needs are. Cooler does exactly what it's designed to do, but one less star is for the application. The app should have an option for push notification and a temp range, so you can get notifications if the temp it out of range or loss of power. A few times the cigarette power adapter worked it way out while drive since it's not a very tight fit. Could have been an issue if I didn't check it. As a note, the cooler does take sometime to get to a range of 36 degrees, so you will need to fire it up the night before and if needed to speed up the process place cold items or sealed ice packs in the cooler.

Welcomed upgrade!
I own the CFX 75, but needed a large option for my business. I opted for the dual zone 95, and I wouldn‘t look back. This is backed with all the newest features and is every bit what I’ve come to expect from Dometic.

Perfect For Extended Hotel Stays & Camping
Hotel dorm style fridges are terrible. I travel 11 months out of the year. I wanted something reliable and proven. I found Dometic and didn’t look further. It keeps my steaks frozen solid and my eggs, butter and bacon at the perfect temperature. The set temperature is very stable and it has more than enough space for my groceries.

Wildly Inconsistent Performance
I've owned the fridge for a year now. Had to send my first on in because the doors would not snap off without breaking the plastic. I'm about to send this replacement back because it's performance is just horrible. I have one zone set to 0C, there's ice in one part of the compartment, liquid water in another corner, and stuff at the top is completely unfrozen. The compressor will run for over an hour straight, shut off for 5 minutes, then kick back. Times like these it almost never stops running. There are also times where it doesn't seem to want to turn on. I'll lower the temperature by 10 degrees and get nothing from the compressor. Even hours later, as the actual temperature in the fridge continues to rise. I also have issues when setting the temperatures, there's been nights where the noise from the compressor has kept me up to the point where I will raise the set temperature so that the compressor stops trying to cool, but it still does not shut off!

Can the CFX3 95DZ stand up longwise(20.87L x 18.58W x 35.51H) so that the control panel is facing downward/none of the air vents blocked, and run properly without any issues occurring like condensation damage to any interior operating parts?
