gets dirty and noisy quickly
Chain was totally clean when I put it on, even a 5 mile ride and the chain was filthy and loud, kept trying it but same results. Back to the other stuff

Best MTB Chain Lube

I've been using this for a few years now. It's the best lube I've tried for the dry and dusty So Cal conditions. It works really well in the wet during the winter or at the races as well. Even on 40-50mi. mtb rides it keeps the chain running well. I've found it's too thick for my road bike, and I end up with too much grime build up.
