Stem
If you’re finishing off a dream build, consider ENVE’s Stem as your final, high-end touch. Weighing in at just about 125 grams, it’s among the lightest stems out there, but its stiffness and rigidity are what really make it one of the best all-around. The body of the stem is full carbon fiber, while the faceplate is aluminum, and the hardware titanium. The threads are molded into the stem, rather than having bonded-in inserts, to both save weight and make the stem stronger.

Super Nice!
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
I purchased the stem for primarily two reasons. One, the vibration dampening properties of carbon over aluminum and aesthetics. The stem weighs basically the same as the one it replaced; however, it does feel much stiffer and my ride seems smoother. One thing I know for certain is that it is good looking and it is obvious that care was taken making this product. It looks absolutely great on my bike! It has a "beefier" look than the outgoing stem which I personally like. Yes the price is up there but if you like good looking well made "stuff" you will like this stem and it is worth the money!
