Broke first use
Pole broke the first day. While I was setting it up, the wind blew and twisted the shelter and snapped the pole before I could stake it out. Pretty disappointed.

Ignore the negative reviews!
From reading the negative reviews, I believe most are user error. This thing has been great. We haul it all around Alaska and has stood up to the worst weather without issue. We are big fans of Eureka products; they truly last and remain dependable year after year.

Eureka! can do much better than this
We are a recently-retired couple (yes, in the late 60's) and have been extremely pleased with our top-quality and well-designed Eukeka! products in the past (e.g. our Bon Echo Tour 600, which we LOVE). So, we did not think twice about buying their NoBugZone 3-in-1. We should have read the more critical reviews more carefully. For us, it was the wrong choice. On the positive side, it does keep out the flying bugs and mosquitoes; it provides good shade and is definitely waterproof, but because of the angled wall design, you must buy the optional screen walls to keep the rain from dripping down and blowing in the sides. However, we are very disappointed in the overall design and function. This is our first summer using the shelter in in Canadian mosquito country (The Whiteshell, Manitoba, anywhere in Ontario!) and mosquito season (early June). First, it is extremely difficult to set up. No way one could do it alone. The pole system is a nightmare, both in set-up (very flimsy and difficult to raise) and packing. The pole system is stored in the bag in a very strange and impractical way, once you can get them all aligned properly. We were also surprised that when set up, the four staked corners -- where the closed zippers meet the ground -- do not fit flush with the ground. There is a significant gap, which was where the wasps and ground squirrels got into the shelter! We thought we might have bought a faulty product, but see in the pictures the same issue, so it's a design flaw. Finally, we bought the shelter mainly as a bug shelter only. Being able to open it up wide makes no sense. If there are no bugs, we'd simply not set it up! Still, we are going to press on using the product but would not recommend it to anyone. Eureka! can and should do much better than this.

Terrible product
I got this as a Christmas gift and tried it for the first time last week. The support structure kept bending, even with three adults holding everything up while tightening the lines. It’s totally ridiculous! A huge disapointement. Do not buy.

Replacement poles / flaps let in bugs
I would also like replacement poles for this. I have a completely broken pole. It was our fault and kept it open in a storms. Still it seems like a given that there should be replacement parts. If I can't figure it out, what do I do? Throw the full thing out? It is also hard to keep the flaps close enough to the ground to keep the bugs out. We have to lay large rocks on the flaps.

Great Shelter but Needs Better Set-Up Instructions
A a little disappointed at first until we learned how to set it up correctly. Now very happy. Shelter packs into a relatively small space and provides excellent protection from sun, rain, wind, cold weather, and probably bugs when set up and guyed out correctly. Will post a full review on my Modern Tent Camping YouTube Channel.

Waste of Money
I have never written a review in my life, but I read them and I wish someone had warned me about buying this shelter. The support structure of this tent is terrible. It sways and bends no matter how taut you get your guy lines. This shelter is perfect during set up in your house or on a beautiful sunny day, but add any sort of wind and it is useless.

Cannot recommend this tent
I was so excited for this tent and spent the extra money assuming this was a good purchase. The tent ripped in two places the first time it was used under normal circumstances. I sent it in and rather than replace the bug netting, they patched one rip and left the other one untouched. I had asked for a replacement of the bug netting since there was a materials failure on first use. The packing materials are very cheap. The poles are SUPER clunky to pack and to keep organized. Rather than provide a full bag to store the bags, a cheap alternative of end sleeves are included. Hint: The end sleeves never stay on (how could they?) and I'm constantly worried about the metal poles tearing the carrying bag and the tent for that matter which from my experience is easily torn and of poor quality. The poles are so unruly I had to use a set of bungie cords to hold the poles together. There should be a separate bag for the poles, the screen and the shade. Instead they included cheap ties to tie everything with. Seriously, they don't work either! I tried to add pictures but gave up when this system said the files were too large at 5MB. On top of this, the tent reeks of flame retardants and I can feel residue on my hands from handling the tent. This has been a very disappointing purchase.
