Why We Like The Northern Breeze 12
Between hikes and campfires, we need a space to gather at the campsite, and this sizable shelter is the ideal spot. The Northern Breeze 12 is a cabin-style screen room that's easy to set up, protective against weather and bugs, and spacious enough for the whole gang. The mesh sidewalls and ventilated peak offer comfortable airflow without letting mosquitos and other critters in, and the rain-repelling curtains convert into an awning in agreeable conditions.

Not Happy
Just got the tent in. Soaking wet, parts missing. B/C think it's time you guys revisit how you pack items for shipment.

Best creen tent ever made
This is my second NB screen tent. Its10 years old and it's still holding up very well with an average of 1.5 month of use per season. When I heard this tent would be discontinued I immediately bought another one with the fear of never being able to replace my old one when the time come. Best tent ever

Nice screen house/shelter, but could be better.
We took this camping for a week. Set up is super easy. I was surprised with how low the entry point is. I’m 5’11” and I had to duck down a little. This wasn’t the case when I put up the poles to have the front canopy, but high winds hit and I had to take those down. Speaking of high winds, for some reason these screens deflect most of the wind. It’s pretty impressive. (Definitely tie-down your corners with rope and stake down the corners.) I just wish the middle of each side had a tie-down point to alleviate some of the dipping down the ceiling did with the wind. Lastly, a huge storm hit. I dropped the walls and staked everything down. The corners aren’t exactly 100% water tight, but the walls did their job. I would definitely recommend this tent to anyone under 6 feet tall.

Love the Tent
Wife and I love the tent, hate the floor system. This tent would be a homerun if it only had a nice floor in it.

Northern Nreeze rocks!
This is our third Northern Breeze - new modifications are awesome. Our other two are still going strong- passed on to our adult kids who all camp in Eureka- the oldest one dates back to them in high school- 20+ years

Three weeks with the northern breeze
While building a cabin in a remote northern location I basically lived in this screen tent for three weeks. Went through a few extreme thunderstorms and everything stayed dry with the storm flaps down. Brough my tools in the screen house when it rained and there was plenty of room for tools and living. Good quality overall. It held up well to daily use.

Held up to winds from heavy storms
Ok. I don't normally review stuff, but I got to with this one. I went out for a week of primitive camping at Dale Hollow Lake and was hit by severe storms and tornadoes that touched ground three miles from us. When the initial front blast hit us, it took out all our tents and equipment with tornado force winds. All but this Screen Shelter from Eureka. I am very impressed by it as it held up to those winds with very high speeds. it blew it hard too, but the poles and guy lines held tight. Everything inside was kept dry by the side walls which we put down when the storms came through. Only thing that snapped was one of the bungie loops holding up a corner but easy to fix. Very good job on this Eureka!

Nice design....But
We really loved the design of the Northern Breeze 12 Screen Room. The 12 x 12 model has plenty of room and some nice features. It has doors on both sides so you can open both for a nice breeze, and shade which is great for a hot day. The sides can all be completely covered for cool nights, or opened with screen for protection from bugs (even noseeums). Setup is easy for 2 but I can set it up by myself. You can even put the doors up as a canopy. We really love this screen room, it looks good and is real versatile. One big issue, otherwise 5 stars for sure. It just hasn't held up, after about 1 1/2 years we have lots of issues with durability. We use the screen room in Florida in the Winter where it does get breezy and lots of sunshine. From the wind, the elastic connections at the top corners broke ( 3 of 4). Three of the clip straps came off, I had to sew new ones on. The side material (not the roof) started dry rotting already. We have lost a complete side, and 1 door panel. The rest has many tares I have taped to try get a little more use before we discard it.

Great for family gatherings / outdoor lunch in NoMi.
Kept the bugs out and kept all the family (extended) dry, bug free (mosquitos and gnats), and made a great prep space for meals... as well as a great sitting spot when the bugs or drizzling rain came through.
