Why We Like The Evolv Zenist LV Climbing Shoe
The Evolv Zenist LV Climbing Shoe combines aggression and sensitivity. The thinner split-sole construction and downturned profile let our toes curl around every hold—pressing, pulling, hooking—to keep us connected to the wall, while the ultra-sticky Trax SAS rubber gives us max friction on rock and plastic and in the heat and the cold for unwavering trust in our feet.

A good simple shoe
Pros: excellent sticky, soft rubber; great feature on the upper for the big toe joint; narrow heel, not too down-turned, good low volume in general. Cons: the rubber structure on the upper was too stiff and made the upper of the shoe to be too big in the volume (boxy upper), which made unstable toe hooks.

Hi, If i wear a 45 eu in zenist pro and phantom but want a softer shoe for indor climbing should i buy a 44,5 eu or 45? Asking this because i have read some opinions about having dead space at same shoe size between the zenist and zenist pro.

I had a problem with the old zenists where, because the rand rubber came all the way over the big toe, I developed big bumps on my big toes. Does the rand rubber finish lower on the new zensists, as it kind of looks like it.

Should I expect these zenists to stretch like the old men’s style?
