Why We Like The Flylow Malone Jacket
A versatile jacket for both in-bounds and out-of-bounds skiing, the Flylow Malone features a stretchy, fully waterproof shell for whatever kind of skiing we're digging right now. The 3-layer softshell fabric features impressive 20K/20K waterproofing and breathability, shedding off snow while releasing evaporated water vapor when we work up a sweat. That keeps us comfortable enough when we're skinning while the 3-layer construction provides durability when we're dodging trees.

The Malone jacket. in my opinion, is the most comfortable and best backcountry jacket Flylow has. Due to its stretchy material, it is easy to pack, incredibly comfortable to wear, it resists tears, and breathability is awesome. Overall, if you are looking for a comfy yet durable jacket, definitely go for the Malone. I've used it for over 100 days in the US and 60+ days in south America, and it still has no rips or zipper failure.
