Just too Oversized

I love Free People. I just don't get why they are making things so huge this year. Because of reviews I ordered a small. I'd normally order a med or large depending on the brand. This sweater is oversized in a small, an XS would not have fit me even. Andddddddddd.....horozontal stripes are really just not flattering. I put it on and my husband said I know you want to love it and it's just huge and not flattering. It is well made, pretty, and soft. I liked the zipper. I guess it's about what you are looking for, it did not work for me. I am returning it.
