Why We Like The Pro-X3 Elbow Guard
The Pro-X3 Elbow Guard is a pad we’re confident using from local XC loops to downhill bike park days. Impressive impact foam hardens on impact, meaning it’s plenty flexible while we’re riding but extra strong if we take the occasional crash. The slip-on pad is lightweight and extremely comfortable, shedding moisture quickly so that the pad doesn’t slide around while we ride.

I'm a big fan on G-Form knee and elbow pads. I ride a lot of tech trails and have these elbow pads on just about every ride. After a few minutes, I forget they're on. Even in the extreme heat! They breath well. When it's cold out they give you a little wind resistance. Most importantly, they've saved my elbows from plenty of scratches and bruises. I don't 'need' them often but they're great when you do. Bloody elbows are so annoying. Overall, these are a great pair of trail elbow pads.

Great product for flexible protection

After another "silly" crash I finally decided I was tired of torn up elbows. I bought the G-Form Pro X-3 because they offered solid protection for most of the XC and trail riding I typically do. They fit well and stay in place on my arms without issue. I would definately buy them again when the time comes.

I have worn these elbow guards for several years and love them. They fit well, in fact, perfectly and are very comfortable, plus they last a long time . They protect my elbows very well from scapes whenever I crash, like just this past week.

This is my wife's second set - she loves them. After a couple of crashes she picked these up and never worries about falling anymore. They stay in place and provide some added thermal protection when it's cold.

Comfortable elbow protection
- Familiarity:

I ride in the Arizona desert, very hot, rocky and dry. When I ordered these I was concerned that they would be very uncomfortable but after several rides thes elbow pads stay put and I forget that I have them on. They evaporate moisture throughout the ride and stay cool after several hours of riding in the heat. The Samrt Flex padding in the elbow and forearm area will give some minor protection to both impact and brushing off on thorny trees and bushes. The size that I chose fit as the chart claimed. I have been very satisfied thus far and also have the G-Form Pro Guard Knee pads. I would recommend these to a friend.

I thought my old Pro-X (size M) elbow guards by G-Form were great. But when they wore out, I bought the Pro-X2 model (size M) and found they were way too short. There was insufficient material to come up over my biceps. See photo with Pro-X2 on the left, obviously. Also, the padding is more robust in the old Pro-X. So, is the new Pro-X3 model more like the Pro-X in size or like the Pro-X2?
