They sold me a used product!
I purchased it and it was in the packaging. When I went to activate the subscription on Garmin, there was a $75.00 balance from a previous customer and had used the device. I haven't even used the device but it is unbelieve that they sold a used product while misrepresenting it as new and to add insult to injury, I had to pay an extra fee of $75,00 to be able to active the device on Garmin's app.
