Defective water bladder
This was a gift for my boyfriend for Christmas! I gave it to him early and he loved it, was even wearing it around the house. He tried to fill up the water bladder and it busted open at the seem between the handle and bag part! We weren’t even able to take it outside yet. I’ve used the exact same bladder for over a year with no problems so maybe this one was defective. I tried filling a report and contacting Gregory. They said they would contact me about it by two days but I haven’t heard back.

Very good day hiking bag, some minor quibbles.
Very good day bag. The frame and suspended airflow system is miles better than Osprey's useless Airscape system and far less bulky than the comparable suspended Airspeed system. When using the water bladder, you are left with one main pocket that could use a bit more internal organization, along with the small upper pocket, hip-belt pockets, and mesh. The chest clip system is annoying - rather than a traditional buckle, it is some sort of hook-and-magnet system that is impossible to undo with one hand without also loosening the strap. Conversely, it is challenging to loosen the strap without accidentally undoing the clip. Also, the tube that comes with the included bladder is too short to use without bending your neck awkwardly.

The perfect day pack does exist!
I absolutely love this pack so far. It was comfortable on my first hike. The wire frame and suspension allow the pack to remain comfortable no matter how horrible you cram everything into the pack. The separate hydration pocket is great along with the side stuff pockets and hip belt pockets.

AMAZING BAG FOR EVERYTHING OUTDOOR
Just got this bag in and I’m thrilled! Amazing quality, design and very lightweight. I love the clip feature across the chest and the support on your back is great. If you’re looking for a new water pack this is it!
