Do you really want my review?

Let me start by saying I like this stove. Great simmer setting and a very high flame setting. This is the second stove, the first was returned. The stove was damaged from the factory. The gas connector is tied inside to the grill rack with a bread tie. Something was stacked on top at either FedEx or backcountry.com. there was a large noticeable dent in the middle of the thin stainless steel plate that surrounds the burners. I sent pictures to backcountry.com and they gladly replaced it with the ladt one they had in stock. They even paid to have damaged one sent back by fedex. When i received the second stove it had the same problem. I emailed immediately and sent pictures. I knew that was the last one in stock so I knew i could not get another. I told them I would keep it but I would appreciate some type of monetary refund. I would have been happy with 10% courtesy discount. I never heard a word. Still haven't got a response. So i just tucked it up and used the stove. Owe the Striker has never worked. I have to light it with a cigarette lighter.
